See our shipping table here. We offer Standard, Priority and Express shipping services through USPS, as well as UPS Ground. FREE USPS Priority Shipping for U.S. orders over $75. You may select your shipping option at checkout.

Order Processing
We strive to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders received during the week by 3pm EST are usually processed and shipped the same day. Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day. During peak shipping seasons, the time necessary to process and ship your order may increase slightly. Special ordered items will also require a longer than usual processing & shipping time. Factory-direct orders will ship out based on the factory's order processing schedules, however most orders ship the same day, or the next business day.

Split-Shipments
Orders that contain both items from our inventory, and items that are shipped from our distributors, will be sent to the customer in separate shipments. You will receive an email confirmation for each shipment. To check on the status of your order and to find out when each shipment has occured, go to our "Track Your Order" page and enter your 18-digit order number in the space provided.

Back-Orders
We strive to have every item on our website available when you order it. Some items may run low and become out-of-stock when your order is processed. We will contact you to find out what you would like us to do in this situation. You can either have the items shipped to you that are available and back-order the remaining items, or cancel all or part of the order. Just let us know. If we do not receive a response from you, we will automatically back-order the out-of-stock items.
