How to place an order with us
- Use the "Product Finder" search boxes, or "Shop by Category" menu to find a product by name, item #, or price range.
- Click on a product category (example, Christian Rings, Faith Love Hope, etc.)
- Click on an item's picture to see a detailed description of that item, including dimensions, colors, sizes and pricing.
- If you don't see what you are looking for on our site, contact us and let us know. We may be able to locate it for you, or it might be an upcoming item to our store. This is a growing opportunity for us and we will be adding new products as they arrive.
Purchasing an item:

- When you have found the item you would like to purchase, place the item in your "Shopping Cart".
- Select the quantity you would like to purchase (a "1" may appear as a default quantity).
- Select the size, color or variation that applies to the item you are purchasing. Ring/necklace items allow you to select multiple variations and quantities for each at the same time for faster shopping.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button. This DOES NOT obligate you to purchase the item, it can be removed at any time.
- Click the "Continue Shopping" button to be taken to the "Products" page.
- When you are ready to make your purchase, click the "Check Out" button to start the checkout process.
Removing an item from your cart:
- Removing an item, or changing a quantity is simple.
- To remove an item, look for the check box to the left of the item's picture and or description. Check the box and then click the "Delete" button. The cart will refresh with the item taken out.
- To change a quantity, double-click or highlight the number in the quantity box. Enter the new quantity in the box and then click the "Update" button. The cart will refresh with the new quantity showing. Entering a "0" in the quantity box and clicking "Update" will delete the item from the cart.
- Click the "Check Out" button to purchase your items as mentioned above.
Back-Ordered or Out of Stock items:
- If an item is "Out of Stock" on our site, it will show this on the product description page. Factory-direct items will not show this. Your credit card will not be billed until the item ships out. See our Payment Information for details.
- If an item should go out of stock after the order is placed, we will send you an email letting you know, and will give you the option to either cancel your order, find an acceptable substitute, or place a back-order on the item you purchased. If a response is not received within 48 hrs, we will automatically place a back-order on your item and ship it out once it arrives.
