Order Processing

We strive to process and ship out your order the same day it is received. Our cut-off time is 3pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after 3pm will be processed and shipped on the next business day (Orders received after 3pm on Friday, or received on Saturday/Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday, provided it is not a holiday). Our goal is to get your order out to you as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be e-mailed to you using the e-mail address provided on the order form. All orders are inspected and packaged to avoid damage while in transit. Order Cancellations

Because we strive to process and ship out your order the same day it is received, orders placed using a credit card or paypal may be cancelled within 2hrs of the order time. We understand that you may have changed your mind after placing an order. We ask that you contact us as soon as possible to let us know you would like to cancel an order. Please give us the order # when contacting us. Once an order is cancelled it can not be regenerated. If you ordered the incorrect color or size and would like to change it, please contact us and let us know the correct color/size needed. Back-Orders

In the event that an item you have ordered is out-of-stock or unavailable, we will contact you and let you know. If an item is to be discontinued or will not be available for more than 30 days, we will automatically cancel the order, or remove that item off of the order and ship the remaining items. If an item is to become available within 30 days, it may be backordered if you like. Your item will ship automatically once it is in stock or becomes available. Credit card payments will not be charged until your item ships out, with the exception of "Special-Ordered" items.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, personal checks and money orders for payment. If paying by personal check, please enter the check number in the space provided on the checkout form. When paying by personal check, your order will not ship out until your check reaches us and clears our bank. If you need to receive your item(s) faster, please use a money order/cashiers check, or pay by credit/debit card. You may cancel your order up to 2hrs from the time it is submitted, however, once it has shipped, you must follow the product return procedures outlined in the "Returns and Exchanges" section below.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused/unworn item(s) within 30 days of invoice date. A refund will be issued by placing a credit back to the intial source for payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, check, gift certificate, etc.). Shipping charges are not refundable. When returning an item, please include a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for the return or exchange of the item.
We can accept an item for return or exchange if it is not:

* Any item that was shipped to a P.O. box and not claimed.

* Over 30 days from invoice date. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

When returning an item for exchange, please let us know what product you are exchanging for. There is a $2.00 processing charge on exchanges unless it was an error on our part.

* The customer will pay for the return shipping to us, unless the reason for the return/exchange was our error.

* Wear includes: rings that are scratched, damaged or shows any type of wear.

* We will inspect your returned item and if it can be put into inventory and resold, we will issue a credit for the value of the merchandise only -Shipping charges will not be included in your refund.

* If an item cannot be resold because of wear or damage, a refund or exchange cannot be granted. The item will be returned to you.

* Any item that was shipped to a P.O. box and not claimed will not be refunded.

* Refund will be issued in the same form that you made your original payment. If you made your payment via PayPal, we will credit you via PayPal, if by credit card, then we will credit your card back.

It is our desire to have our customers 100% satisfaction with every purchase made from our store. We will try every reasonable means to resolve a complaint with a satisfactory outcome. Please understand that all items received for refund or exchange must be in re-salable condition, except for the purpose of replacing a damaged item from us. We carefully inspect every item that is shipped to make sure there is no damage upon leaving our store. We understand that some damage (opened boxes, crushed items, etc) may occur in shipping, however rare, these damages must be reported to the shipping company and a claim made. We are unable to file a claim for shipping damage on behalf of our customers.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, checks and money orders. Please make your check payable to Sherman & Abbott Enterprises. Please note that we will not ship your order until your check is received and clears our bank. This can take up to 5-14 business days once we receive your check. Most orders paid by PayPal or credit card ship the same day they are placed.
When will you charge my credit card?
Normally, we will only charge your credit card once your order ships. However, we will charge your credit card before shipment on special-ordered items. Please note: some issuing banks will debit a "hold" on a cardholders funds in preparation for the completion of the sale. In the case of a declined card, or when cancelling an order, the cardholder may need to contact their issuing bank and request a "release of funds". This is something that we, as a merchant, are unable to control. We certainly apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

What if I don't see my ring/necklace size in the drop-down list of the product description?
Usually it means we are temporarily out of stock on that particular size. Our inventory is updated regularly, and some sizes may not show available if they become out of stock. However, we are always adding inventory, so please check back often to see if your particular ring/size has been restocked. What about quantity discounts?
We welcome large and/or multiple orders. We will offer quantity discounts for churches, youth group leaders, etc. This is especially common with our purity rings. Just contact us and let us know the items and quantities that you need. It is possible that some items/sizes may not be in stock based on the quantity desired, so please give us at least 1-2 weeks notice ahead of time so we can fill and ship out your order in it's entirety. What is your jewelry made from?
Each piece may be different. Our jewelry is made of Surgical Stainless-steel, aluminum, leather, shell and/or bone material, and silver. Almost all of our silver is Sterling Silver unless otherwise noted in the product description. The international mark for Sterling Silver is .925. That denotes the silver is 92.5% pure silver. We do carry bracelets, anklets and necklaces that are either Gold, Silver, or Rhodium plated. However, regardless of the material used, it will be noted in the item description. All silver rings have been treated with an anti-tarnish finish and polished for at least 24 hrs. We will always strive to give our customers the most accurate information available on the items we carry. Children's jewelry is certified to be lead-free.
How do I know what size to purchase?
We have a ring sizer that you can download for FREE. It is PDF format and is about 720kb. This will help you measure your finger (or someone else's) so that you can order the correct size. Click HERE to download it.
Do they come in 1/2 sizes?
No, we only carry jewelry that comes in full sizes. We will offer 1/2 sizes as they become available.

How do I return an item received as a gift?
You have the option to exchange the item(s) or you may request an ChristianFishJewelry.com gift credit. When returning an item, we recommend using USPS Priority Service. Although it does cost a little more, this will shorten the turnaround time dramatically. Please include a note with instructions as to what you would like us to do. Once we receive your item we will gladly process your request promptly. Remember, all non-exchange returns MUST HAVE a RMA # before you return it to us. We will need this to credit your account. RMA #'s will not be issued for items after 30 days of invoice date.

What type of guarantee do you offer?
If there is a defect in an item that you have received from ChristianFishJewelry.com, simply return it within 10 days of receiving it, with a note explaining the defect, to the address above and we will gladly replace it. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for abuse and neglect . We reserve the sole right to determine abuse and neglect.
Do you collect sales tax?
We are required by law to collect and forward sales tax on purchases made inside the state of North Carolina. If you reside outside the state of North Carolina, we do not collect sales tax. Please note: some counties in NC collect a higher percentage of sales tax than others. Mecklenburg County NC charges 8.25%, while most of the state currently charges 7.75% (See note below). These rates are subject to change at any time. We must collect the proper amount from each county based on the shipping zip code. Read this on the NC Dept. of Revenue website.
